The management agent “MOSS-UserProfile” completed run profile “MOSS_DELTASYNC_<GUID>” with a delta import or delta synchronization step type. The rules configuration has changed since the last full synchronization.

The management agent completed run profile with a delta import or delta synchronization step type. The rules configuration has changed since the last full synchronization. User Action. To ensure the updated rules are applied to all objects, a run with step type of full synchronization should be completed. Behavior: The user profile synchronization has completed successfully
The following windows event log IDs may appear on the server running the User Profile Service:
(Windows Event Logs) Warning Event ID 6126 & Event ID 6127
Root Cause
- Windows Service – User Profile Synchronization Service (CONTOSO\sp_services)
- Forefront Identity Manager Synchronization Service (CONTOSO\sp_farm)
Resolution
Connect to Central Administration as a Farm Administrator and follow these steps:
- Navigate to SharePoint Central Administration
- Under Security select Configure Service Accounts
- Locate the Windows Service – User Profile Synchronization Service
- Change the Managed Account to the SharePoint Farm Account
- Under System Settings > Services on this Server
- Stop the User Profile Service
- Start the User Profile Service
- Start the User Profile Synchronization Service
- Return to the service application and run a Full Synchronization
You may also inspect that status of the completed jobs or agents running behind the user profile service by inspecting the ForeFront Identity Manager (FIM). You can locate this tool by logging in as an administrator an navigating to: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office Servers\15.0\Synchronization Service\UIShell\MIISClient.exe
