Call Park is a feature that enables you to place a call on hold in the cloud rather than on your phone, for you or someone else to retrieve from another endpoint in your organization using a unique code. Example scenarios to use Call Park are: (1) A receptionist parking a call for someone on the factory floor so they can retrieve froma nearby device. (2) parking a call on the mobile Teams App as her phone battery is dying, and then retrieving from a meeting room, and (3) A support representative parking a customer call and sending an announcement on a Teams channel for an expert to retrieve the call and assist the customer. |

You can use the OneDrive apps to scan documents, whiteboards, images from the field, a site visit and more. With the new Mobile Capture feature, you can now add custom metadata to anything you scan with the app. Simply start the scan from the Library you want to add it to, and after capturing the scan, the metadata fields will appear for you to edit in the app. The image and metadata will both be added to the library you’ve selected. |
