Call Park for Microsoft Teams |
Call Park is a feature that enables you to place a call on hold in the cloud rather than on your phone, for you or someone else to retrieve from another endpoint in your organization using a unique code. Example scenarios to use Call Park are: (1) A receptionist parking a call for someone on the factory floor so they can retrieve froma nearby device. (2) parking a call on the mobile Teams App as her phone battery is dying, and then retrieving from a meeting room, and (3) A support representative parking a customer call and sending an announcement on a Teams channel for an expert to retrieve the call and assist the customer. |

Give a personalized experience to your site and page visitors – so they see the content that is theirs, and meant for them to experience. When using personalized web parts, people will see their recent sites, their recent documents and news tailored for them. You can personalize any page or news article. When you add a personalized web part to the page, it is aware of who is signed in and gives them a unique, relevant experience to the content and information you are promoting to them. |

Outlook on the web – improved response tracking |
We are updating how the “Notify organizer/Don’t send the response” option works when you repond to a meeting invite. Previous behavior – When you selected “Don’t send response” or turned off the “Notify organizer” toggle, Outlook wouldn’t register your response to the meeting and the organizer wouldn’t know your response. With this change, when you select “Don’t send response” or turn off the “Notify organizer” toggle, Outlook won’t email your response to the organizer but will update the meeting invite with your response. |

SharePoint web part: YouTube embeds |
A picture is worth a thousand words. A YouTube video can be worth a million. And it’s best if it’s not just a link out to the Web, but rather a playable video that sits right beside the additional context you want to surround it. You can add a video from YouTube by pasting the share link provided by YouTube. We’ve added a YouTube icon to make this more apparent in the toolbox. |

Office 365 IP Address and URL Web service |
Office 365 administrators can use a script or REST call to consume a structured list of endpoints from the Office 365 IP Address and URL web service and update the configurations of perimeter firewalls and other network devices. This will ensure that traffic bound for Office 365 is identified, treated appropriately and managed differently from network traffic bound for generic and often unknown Internet web sites. For more information on how to use the Office 365 IP Address and URL web service see aka.ms/IPURLWS |
